Healthwatch Stockton-on-Tees attended Arrival Practice's Patient Participation Group to give a presentation about the role of Healthwatch and to gather feedback for the group members.

Healthwatch received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback and praise for the practice and staff. Following this meeting it was arranged for Healthwatch to carry out an Enter and View visit to gain more patient and staff feedback.

Would you like to be part of our Patient Participation Group? 

The Arrival Practice have a Patient Participation Group Meeting which is held at the practice. Dates of meetings are advertised within the Practice

We aim to gather patients from as many different backgrounds as possible to get a truly representative group. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

The PPG have set up a community group; Sanctum Amica. We aim to fund raise money that will be put back into the social wellbeing of the patients.
